With over 30 years of international management, sales and strategy for tech startups, including one unicorn, Melissa has lived and worked in New York City, USA, Moscow, RU, London, UK, Zurich, CH, and Forte dei Marmi, IT.
She graduated Valedictorian and attended University of Rochester, Cum Laude, Class of 1992. Her career in technology started in the early ’90s in satellite telecommunications in Russia to service international mining and oil companies requirements. From there, the passion for using technology to create business solutions began.
She has held several senior management positions in sales & strategy with startups including Arbinet, an electronic exchange for voice and data trading, which ultimately went public in 2004 and became a unicorn.
She speaks English, Italian and a little bit of Russian and Spanish.
She has a passion for technology, DIY projects and family, which includes her dog.

Mathias’ career began in 2017 as the administrative and artistic director for event spaces in Milan, Italy.
Responsible for private events, meeting spaces, workshops and artistic content, his career was cut short due to the COVID pandemic.
Driven by his passion for sales, he entered into the world of Real Estate, where he discovered the value of Virtual Reality for remote home viewing. Transforming his acquired skills, Mathias entered into the world of technology providing Virtual Reality Tours for RE/MAX in Milan in 2021.
He came onboard as Business Manager, Virtique Milano, in late 2022, and is responsible for Northern Italy.
With years of experience in professional scanning and over 100 Virtual Tours created, Mathias specializes in Virtual Realty Tours and content creation for real estate, event spaces and retail.
